The invention provides a high molecular weight polyol comprising dispersed therein the reaction product of a polyisocyanate and a low molecular weight polyol where said low molecular weight polyol is a mixture of an alkanolamine with a polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of less than 600. The invention also provides a method of making a polyurethane foam by reacting a polyisocyanate and a polyol using a blowing agent, where the polyol comprises the polyol of the invention. The invention also relates to the foam, especially the flexible foam, obtained by the process of the invention.
