The microvalve arrangement has a housing (2) containing at least one microvalve (8, 8'), which may be of piezoelectric, magnetostrictive, or shape memory type. Associated electronic components (32) for operating the valves are also included and the housing is at least partially formed as a molded interconnect device (MID), with a conductor structure (34) for electrically contacting the valve electronic components (33) and/or the microvalve(s).
