The heater has a conical seal (13) corresp. to the conical section of the bore (201) in a carrier (200) and an insert (11) for fixed mounting in the bore that is formed in one piece on the outer peripheral surface of the housing (10). When the housing is fixed in the bore by the insert the sealing section can be brought into press contact with the conical section.
