The system has an electric tutor (15a) that teaches a student using finger movements on several keys during a passage and a sound generation system (15b) that works in conjunction with the electric tutor in at least one training mode and generates at least one sound during the passage. The electric tutor checks the keys in order to determine whether the student operates keys on a predefined side with respect to a previously operated key in at least one training mode and the sound generator generates the sound if the student operates one of the keys on the predefined side.
