<p>An electronic apparatus having a generator that generates electric power, a storage unit in which electric energy generated by the generator is stored, a motor driven by the electric energy stored in the storage unit, and a pulse driving control apparatus that controls the driving of the motor by outputting a driving-pulse signal, wherein whether the motor is rotating or not is judged by comparing a rotation detection voltage which is proportional to an induced voltage generated in the motor by the motor rotation to a rotation reference voltage, the generating state of the generator or the charged state of the storage unit is determined, and the voltage level of the rotation detection voltage or the rotation reference voltage is shifted by a specified amount so that the voltage difference between both voltages increases while the motor stops based on the determined generating state of the generator or the determined charged state of the storage unit.</p> |
