The necktie has two ends of equal width and an overall length some 25 cm greater than normal. It is knotted with a shorter front section on display and a longer rear section which has its lower end concealed and made with a hole some 7 cm in diameter. The fabric (4) round the hole is hemmed and stuffed with padding (3), and is used as a support for the male genitals. The tie is worn so that the weight of the genitals is borne by the lower end of the necktie and can be altered by adjusting the knot.
