PURPOSE: A badge manufacturing machine is provided which exchanges an upper molding part and a lower molding part to make badges in various shapes and sizes and does not require an injection button when injecting the badge. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises: (i) a U-shaped main body(2') having a hand lever(1) on the upper part; (ii) an upper molding part(4a) which has a projecting pin(40) on the upper projecting part to be fixed or unfixed on one axis of the hand lever axis and comprises a magnet(46) inserted inside cap(15a) and an outside cap(14a) (iii) a hand lever axis(27a) which has a magnet and a groove on the lower part to fix or unfix the projecting pin of the upper molding part; (iv) a lower molding part(5a) which is in gear with the upper molding part and has a projecting pin(43) on the lower projecting part to be fixed or unfixed on the bottom side of the main body and comprises a U-groove(42) formed inside cap(17a) and an outside cap(16a); (v) a gear supporting axis(8') which is mounted in the pole of the main body and moves forward and backward by a gear lever(9'); (vi) a circular supporting plate(42) which is mounted on the main body and has a magnet(48) and "L" shaped groove(45) on the center part to fix or unfix the projecting pin of the lower molding part; (vii) a curved rod(19) which gets fixed on a lower part feeder when changing gears; and (viii) a gear button lever(A) which is connected to the curved rod.
