PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of synthetic resin seat having feels of raw-leather and its device by fusing the surface of the seat to come into effect of coating and luster. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin seat is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (feeding)straining a fed finishing material, so expanding the material throughly; (melting the surface)fusing a warp and a weft comprising the surface of the seat under the condition maintaining the minimum melting point of the seat; and then(fixing form) maintaining the fused surface on stable state, followed by providing the fused part with a coating side. The finishing equipment is comprised of the first and the second melting devices and a feeding device installed on the outputting part of the melting devices. The first and the second melting devices are comprised of the upper heating rollers and the lower cooling rollers respectively.
