A trailer (1) houses a building material tank (2) and a single phase electric motor (15). The motor drives an agitator (12) and on the same shaft a helicoidal screw type output/input pump (5) connected to a pipe (8). The drive from the motor (15) comprises a speed switch (16) and a reducer (18) and includes an oil system which allows the motor to gradually build up to working speed.
