PURPOSE: A sole of a skate in which a fixing support is formed as one body and a method for preparing the same are provided, by forming the sole of a skate with carbon, kev-lar, and FRP into a shape which resembles the shape of bottom of one's foot, therefore the fixing support does not move or is not separated, and the load of human body is dispersed. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the same comprises the steps of: (i) forming a groove(10) resembling the shape of bottom of one's foot in a low mold(8), forming projections(11) having inserting holes(12), and inserting fixing plates(7) on the projections; (ii) filling carbon and kev-lar of gel-state in the groove(10) in a certain thickness; (iii) inserting fixing supports into the inserting holes(12), putting fixing pieces(6) over kev-lar(14), and laying a FRP layer(15); (iv) pressing with an upper mold(9) resembling the shape of foot bottom, and drying for the carbon, kev-lar, and FRP to stick to each other well; and (v) coating the integument of the carbon, kev-lar, and ERP with epoxy resins.
