PURPOSE: A bumper accommodating a towing hook is provided to use the towing hook, as necessary by accommodating the towing hook in the bumper. CONSTITUTION: A towing hook(10) is formed in a tip of an actuating rod(11) positioned in an actuating cylinder(20) by embedding inside a bumper(1). The actuating cylinder(20) is fixed in a car body(5). A return spring(21) is installed in a push rod of a piston(22). The actuating cylinder(20) pushes the push rod through a rack gear(42) by gearing with a motor(40) and a pinion gear(41). Hydraulic pressure is supplied by compressing actuating oil inside a master cylinder(3). In turning on a switch(50), the piston(22) moves the actuating rod(11) by compressing the return spring(21). The towing hook(10) is ejected by opening a hook cover(2). Therefore, the hook is used easily.
