PURPOSE: A fixing structure for the side window of a bus is provided to improve workability, to reduce noise, to protect a fixing portion from raindrops or dirty water and to enhance external appearance by absorbing vibration between the side window and a side frame and by filling a gap between the side window and a side panel. CONSTITUTION: A side window fixing structure for a bus comprises plural connecting holes(121) penetrated through a side window(120) at the same interval as a fixing hole(111) of a side frame(110); a mounting clip(10) consisting of a mold(11) covering the part of the side frame by sticking to the upper and the lower portion of the side window and plural connecting pieces(12) inserted into the fixing hole through the connecting hole of the side window with a hanging sill(12a); and a sound absorbing material(20) inserting the connecting piece of the mounting clip, between the side window and the side frame. Herein, plural sponges are used as the sound absorbing material with holes(21). Thus, the connecting piece is inserted into the connecting hole and the hole of the sponge. Then, the connecting piece is pushed and forcibly inserted into the fixing hole of the side frame.
