A METHOD FOR PREPARING FERTILIZER USED AS MAIN RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a fertilizer mainly consisting of excretions is provided. Therefore, the fertilizer prevents acidification of soil, increases aerotropism and water-permeability of the soil and reinforces cold resistance and heat resistance of the crops. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) spraying fresh water on shellfish with transferring the shellfish by a transferring conveyer belt for 2-3 times to remove salinity from the shellfish; (ii) primarily drying the shellfish of the step (i) by sunshine heat; (ii); (iii) secondarily drying the dried shellfish of the step (ii) in a high heat drying chamber at a temperature of 500-700 deg.C to completely remove the remaining moisture contained in the shellfish and components contained in the shellfish except lime; (iv) after cooling the dried shellfish of the step (iii), pulverizing the shellfish into a size of 8-320 mesh; (v) completely removing various substances from excretions; (vi) putting about 40% of shellfish powder of the step (iv) and 60% of excretions of the step (v) in a fermentation tank and further adding a fermenting agent thereto; and (vii) keeping the mixture of the step (vi) in the tank at a temperature of 60 deg.C for about 5 days.
