A thrust key (3A) is positioned to maintain a set gap (g2) between the end (4t) of the piston in a rest position and a cylinder (5) formed of a non-magnetic or low-magnetic permeability material enclosing the end of the exterior periphery of the output shaft (1) corresponding to a pre-set value.
