PURPOSE: A back flow preventing device of a power steering system is provided to smoothly flow operating oil even if an oil pump is installed higher than an oil storage tank by being mounted between the oil pump and the oil storage tank and then the durability of the oil pump is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: A fuel feeding system of a power steering system allows an operating oil to flow into an oil pump from an oil storage tank through a suction hose(23) formed between the oil pump and the oil storage tank. A back flow prevention device(24) for the suction hose consists of a communicating pipe(25) near the oil pump; a reduction pipe(26) extended from the communicating pipe with many through holes on the outer circumference; and a cover pipe(28) elastically supporting a coil spring(27) on the outer circumference of the reduction pipe. Thus, the back flow prevention device prevents the oil pump from being damaged.
