PURPOSE: A quadrilateral beach parasol having a refractive link for compensating a frame supporting angle length is provided which keeps horizontality of the parasol eaves and is effectively used by being connected to many other parasols. CONSTITUTION: The quadrilateral beach parasol is composed of the four major axis frames(18'), which are connected to four corners in four directions and are relatively long and the four minor axis frames(18), which are connected to the middle position of the major axis frame and are relatively short. Wherein, four major frame supporting angles(19') are coupled to the four major frames by a simple hinge pin(17a) to perform a refractive working by the simple hinge pin and the four minor frame supporting angles(19) have a boomerang-shaped refractive link(20) for compensating length on the top end part to be able to move or refract.
