PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility and design by fixing a prism to cover a graduation part formed on a dial, thereby imparting a remarkable three- dimensional feeling to the graduation part. SOLUTION: A pointer 7 turning in front of a dial 3 introduces light from a light source on the back of the dial 3 and delivers the light from the forward end of the pointer 7 toward a reflection ring 5 thus emitting a point light 8 on the tapered plane 5a of the reflection ring 5. A prism 6 has a convex lens shape on one side and a graduation part 4 is visually confirmed three- dimensionally while being bent and floated. When the prism 6 is provided integrally with the reflection ring 5, the point light 8 can be emitted at the reflection ring 5 and a variety display can be provided.
