PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a facsimile machine which transmits high-quality image data and is inexpensive by receiving information representing a color photograph, arranging data input elements on the surface of a housing, and prescribing an opening for outputting a medium for image fixing by a wall. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with the housing 26 having a device which sends another image to be printed on a photograph or fixed medium. A key pad 46 for inputting the telephone number of a destination of a signal representing an image is provided on the housing 26 and output for printing on a medium where a photograph image is fixed is prescribed by the wall. Further, this device is equipped with a form cartridge 82 and JPEG data are received from a camera storage element by connection 74 to store the signal representing the image in a memory 58. Further, a jack 42 is arranged between the housing and a communication line to send the signal representing image by the housing and data generated by converting the signal representing the image to printable format are printed on photosensitive paper 22 by a printer.
