<p>The invention relates to a cyclonic or anti-cyclonic conversion tower comprising a central vortex flow duct (1), at least two vertical membranes or screens (2) and (3) generated by a curve and bordering on the central vortex flow duct (1) on one of their sides. At least two stiffners (4) (5) are provided for each convector, every convector having a shutter (6), a diffuser (23), a deflector (24) and means for converting kinetic energy into mechanical energy. The shutters (6) have the shape of a distributing rim and can rotate on the outer circumference of the central vortex flow duct (1). The overall structure resembles a cylinder or a cylinder ending in the frustum of an inverted cone.</p> |
