PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control apparatus, in which man-hours of a data write operation is small and which can discriminate the kind of a main circuit board. SOLUTION: This power control apparatus is formed, in such a way that a main circuit board 2 on which a three-phase inverter part 7 used to supply electric power to a motor 1 and a kind setting resistance 9 are mounted, is combined with a control board 10, on which a microprocessor 3 used to control the three-phase inverter part 7 and a resistance 11 constituting a voltage-dividing circuit connected to the kind setting resistance 9 are mounted. At this time, the value of the kind setting resistance 9, which is voltage-divided by the voltage-dividing circuit is read out by a microprocessor 3 via an A/D converter 14, and the read-out value is read out from a data table, for kind discrimination on the circuit board 2, which is stored in advance, so that, the kind of the main circuit board 2 can be discriminated. |
