PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and collect oil contained in exhaust smoke easily without requiring a grease filter by providing a large number of protrusions and recesses on the inner circumference of a easing and providing an oil pocket for collecting oil flowing down on the inner circumference of the casing. SOLUTION: A casing 2 is placed removably in a hood frame 1. The casing 2 is tubular and placed longitudinally. A large number of protrusions and recesses are provided on the inner circumference of the casing 2 in order to remove oil in exhaust gas. An undercover is fixed removably to the hood frame 1 and a steel arranging plate 13 having oil guide grooves is provided removably on the underside of the undercover. The oil guide grooves are collected at an oil outlet 17 made on the rear side of the arranging plate 13. Furthermore, an oil pocket 18 is provide removably below the oil outlet 17 and made of transparent glass so that the standing state of oil can be confirmed. |
