<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting system or an information sensing device using a sense of touch in which information can be transmitted when an instructor performs various operations in two directions, and to provide a compact driving force generating device for suitably driving the instructor. SOLUTION: Thin plate-shaped magnets 12, 13, 14, and 15 are arranged on a base part, and a magnetic field is vertically generated. A sensing part 1 is supported on the magnets so as to be horizontally movably. Plural coils 16-19 are fixed to the sensing part 1 so that they can cross in an X direction and a Y direction in the magnetic field. Then, currents or impressed voltages to be supplied to them are controlled so that the sensing part 1 can be arbitrarily driven within the XY plane. An operator can recognize the operation of the sensing part 1, and obtain information by placing his or her finger on the sensing part 1. An operation signal for driving the sensing part 1 can be supplied from the other information processor, and the sensing part 1 can be operated by relating this with the upper part of a picture displayed at a display.</p> |
