SOLUTION: First, a fluoric system resin sheet 1 is used as a substrate sheet, on the other hand, a deposited thin film 2 of a transparent and vitric inorganic oxide composed of a silicon oxide, an aluminum oxide, or the like is provided on the one face, and further on the deposited thin film 2 of the inorganic oxide, a resin film 4 is provided with a coating film 3 by a resin composition in which an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is a main component of vehicles, and the resin film is manufactured, and then, the fluoric system resin sheet 1 and the resin film 4 having the deposited thin film 2 of the inorganic oxide and the coating film 3 are laminated via, for example, a light-resistant adhesive layer to manufacture a solar battery module protective sheet A.</p>
