PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize long time continuous operation by reducing a charging work for a battery. SOLUTION: A power generating device 22 is mounted on a running body moved by a linear motor. Rotation of a wheel 19 for supporting a weight is transmitted to a generator provided in the power generating device 22. A power is transmitted to a monitoring apparatus, such as a monitoring camera apparatus 8, from the power generating device 22 and a charge battery 12 is charged. This constitution remarkably reduces the number of times of a work to charge the battery at a charge station to decrease working efficiency and in turn, remarkably increases a continuous working time.
