<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for identifying a person himself capable of authorizing the person himself without using such a kind of cards as a credit card, an IC card by judging whether collected physical characteristic data and data for recognizing the person himself voiceprint data agrees with stored data or not. SOLUTION: When a hit of fingerprint information exists, information for identifying a person himself of a contractor stored in a database is acquired (1-3). When an answer is inputted by voice, a voiceprint is also checked at the same time with the answer (1-4). When the answer for questions and answers is a correct answer or justification of an ID card is confirmed, heartbeat and perspiration information are read out by a scanner (1-5). When justification is not confirmed, authentication is judged to be impossible is judged, authentication of the contractor is stopped (1-8), a result of authentication impossible is displayed and the process is finished (1-11).
