PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the data transfer performance by writing data to a memory with wide data width while reading data out of a device with small data width. SOLUTION: A device 3 as a transfer source is connected to only a low-order data bus. Data from the device 3 are outputted divisionally twice and 1st data is put in a buffer 2. In timing to the output of 2nd data from the device 3, the 1st data is outputted from the buffer 2 to a high-order data bus and the two pieces of data are written to a memory 4 at the same time. Thus, 2nd data reading and data writing are carried out at the same time, so the data can be transferred fast. |
