PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction in size and improve manufacturing efficiency of a wire processor of a simplified structure. SOLUTION: In a wiring machine for forming a coil by winding directly to the internal teeth of the core the wire supplied from a nozzle 4 that moves depicting a deformed elliptical locus, a coil is continuously formed over whole internal teeth 2, while the winding start wire, winding end wire and the transfer wire for each different phases are wound to a predetermined angle to the winding groove 11a at the external circumference of a core holding member 11. After the end of the entire winding, the winding end wire is held with a gripper 16 that rotates synchronously with the core and simultaneously each wire wound to the winding groove 11a is once cut at the proscribed position with a cutter 17, that is rotating synchronously with the core.
