PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting device which can receive a portable apparatus in a gap space of a small frontage in a limited space in an automobile, and is naturally not hindering both, while it is detached from the portable apparatus and when it is used, and can be held stably. SOLUTION: This device comprises a tray 2, which is slidably held and housed in a mounting main body, holding mechanisms 3, 5 for detachably holding a potable apparatus 11 in the tray 2, and guide means 6, 8, 9 for sliding between a state of drawing out the tray 2 and a housing state. Thus, since in the portable apparatus of a structure having a lid body, the lid body can be opened even in the state with the tray 2 drawn out, it is possible to mount, if the dimensions in the state of a closed lid body can be secured in the housing space.
