LAMINATED PART WITH BUILT-IN INDUCTOR, AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated part with a built-in inductor which is small and excellent in precision and high-frequency characteristics while easy to be manufactured. SOLUTION: A PET film 1 as a conductive process supporting body on which surface a conductive layer 2 is formed is provided with a non-sintered ceramic insulator layer 4 which also acts as a resist, and the conductive layer 2 is covered except for an internal conductor formation pattern 3 where the conductive layer 2 is exposed. An electroplating film 10 is formed on the conductive layer 2 to a thickness almost equal to the non-sintered ceramic insulator layer 4 by electroplating to provide an internal conductor formation insulating layer. Then, the PET film 1 is peeled off the internal conductor formation insulating layer comprising the electroplating film 10 which is to be an internal conductor while the internal conductor formation insulating layer is so laminated that the internal conductors of each layer are connected together.
