PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an indicating instrument in a separation unit configuration capable of achieving a function that has been achieved by the combination selection of individual products according to needs such as an indicating instrument for measurement and a signal converter with the selection combination of functionally separated units, and at the same time, achieving more economical combination selection according to the number of measurement points. SOLUTION: The measurement/display separated type indicating instrument is divided into a signal processing part 1 and a display/setting part, and the signal processing part 1 is provided with an input terminal 11 from a plurality of sensors, a control power supply terminal 12, a communication connector 13 with the display/setting part, a terminal 14 for communicating with an upper- level controller, an address switch 15, a minimum unit state display part 16, and an expansion communication connector 17, and the display/setting part being connected by a cable with a connector is provided with a numeric display part, an operation switch, and a monitor LED.
