PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent explosion of high flammability exhaust gas previously and increase safety by a method wherein the exhaust gas becomes bubbles in water from a bubble generating part and ascends into the inside of a gas storing space and water prevents backfire of the exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a gas combustion part having a combustion room for burning combustible components contained in exhaust gas and an exhaust gas introducing part in the combustion room for introducing the exhaust gas from an exhaust gas generating part, wherein each of water storage parts 15 including each of gas storing spaces K and enclosing water is provided along the way of and on an exhaust gas flowing route between the exhaust gas introducing part and the exhaust gas generating part and each of bubble generating parts 17 is disposed for jetting the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas generating part into water in each of the water storage parts 15 in a state of bubbles.
