PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication method that can easily change a connection position to an IP network by taking the security into account without intervention of a home agent when the mobile computer is away from a home network. SOLUTION: In the case that a packet is sent from a mobile destination network 1b to a communication opposite party 3, a mobile computer 2 encapsulates an inside packet whose sender address is a home address assigned by a home network 1a by using a current position address acquired by a mobile destination network 1b for a sender address of an outside packet and transfers the packet. When the mobile computer 2 moves, the mobile computer 2 uses the sender address of the outside packet to a new current position address to inform the communication opposite party about a change in the current position. Furthermore, the mobile computer 2 informs a DNS server 4 that manages cross reference between the home address of the mobile computer and the current position address about the new current position address.
