PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store voice data in a monitoring device and reproduce without a labor that a man speaks to record the voice data by controlling write-in of data to a memory for voice data and read-out of data from the memory for voice data as well as by converting into voice signals by reading a WAVE file from the memory for voice data. SOLUTION: A monitoring device 1 is provided with a memory 2 for voice data and a control means 3, and the control means 3 has a ROM 5. A CPU 4, when reporting a unusual situation to a center 8 by voice, executes by reading a part in which a procedure of voice generation is written among a control program stored in the ROM 5. The CPU 4 reads out a WAVE file stored in the memory 2 for voice data, executes the pre-determined conversion, that is, decoding and outputs as digital voice signals to a communication equipment 7. The communication equipment 7 converts the digital voice signals into analog voice signals and sends them out to a telephone line side. |
