<p>The keystone distortion of a projected picture occurring when the picture is projected obliquely onto the screen is reduced. Picture data outputted from an on-screen display (OSD) menu creating unit (4) and projection picture data supplied from a picture source through a video signal input unit (1) and a graphics signal input unit (2) are combined by a synthesizing circuit (3), and synthesized picture data is corrected by a keystone distortion correcting unit (5).</p> |
