PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make heat exchange in a limited space for adaptation to make apparatus small and lightweight by providing a plurality of fluid passages for flowing a fluid, in a fixed direction for heat exchanging in a contact condition to a hot body surface via films. SOLUTION: A heat exchange film has a plurality of plastic hollow yarns 1, arranged in their length direction and the adjacent yarns 1 are adhered mutually into one body, the hollow part 1a thereof forms a space from one end of the yarn 1 to the other end, and the hollow parts 1a extend parallel along a hot body surface such as electronic components, etc., constituting an electronic apparatus and adhere the heat exchange films. A small fan capable of taking in air from the outside the electronic apparatus is connected to one end of the hollow part 1a, and air is exhausted from the other end of the hollow part 1a to the outside of the electronic apparatus, thereby removing heat from the surfaces of the electronic components, etc., one by on and exhausting to outside the apparatus. Thus it is possible to prevent malfunctions shortening of service life of electronic components, etc., and low temp. burns caused by the potable apparatus.
