PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a high impedance up to a high frequency band by forming outer electrodes on an intersection line of the outwards exposed end face of laminate winding leads in a conductor coil and four faces adjacent thereto and near the end face of an intersection line of the end face and four faces adjacent thereto. SOLUTION: Outer electrodes 2 are formed on an intersection line 2b of the outwards exposed end face 2a of laminate winding leads in a conductor coil of a laminate type impedance element 1 and four faces adjacent thereto and near the end face of an intersection line 2d of the end face and four faces adjacent thereto, and the distance L of the electrode 2 formed on the intersection line of the lead exposed end face 2a and the adjacent four faces from the lead exposed end face 2a is set over about 3% of the total element length and less than about 20%. This holds a high impedance up to a high frequency band and forms the outer electrodes easily to mount on a board.
