PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electropneumatic signal converter to be lessened in the number of component parts, size and weight and improved in handling properties. SOLUTION: A coil is provided inside a coil case 11. Two side plates 15 are each formed of magnetic material. The side plates 15 are each made to pinch the coil case 11 from the pivoting direction of a movable piece 12 coming into contact with the lengthwise surface of the movable piece 12 and the surface of the movable piece 12 opposite to its surface on the side of its edge 12a. Magnetizing blocks 13 are fixed as pinched between the side plates 15. The magnetizing blocks 13 are each made to surround the circumference of the coil case 11 together with the side plates 15 coming into contact with the surface of the coil case 11 on the edge 12a, and also to surround the edge 12a of the movable piece 12 providing a gap which enables the movable piece 12 to rotate.
