PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a belt crack by decreasing flowing out of worn particles of a guide member. SOLUTION: In the siding compensating mechanism where tension imparted to a belt by a tension roll caused by a rotating angle of a ring member 22 rotated by being in contact with the guide member 30 that is in contact with the ring member 22 is decreased on the side of the rotated ring member 22, contact between the guide member 30 and the ring member 22 is carried out on a plane and a groove is formed on a surface of contact of the guide member 30 in a carrying direction of the belt.
