PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce memory capacity and device manufacture cost by obtaining a control program from a unit device side and controlling a unit device in a center unit device. SOLUTION: A data fetch means 26 fetches the operation interface control means data, the operation menu display specification data and the state display specification data from a unit selected by a registration unit selection means 23 and analyzes those data if needed. Function interface control means data are control program data for controlling respective units 30 and 40, and program contents differ in accordance with the functions and specifications that the respective units 30 and 40 have. A center control unit 20 obtains the function interface control means data and the operation menu/ state display function data from the respective units, displays an operation screen, and controls the respective units 30 and 40.
