The invention relates to a multi-layer panel with honeycomb structure, designed for space partioning or for making light constructions. According to the invention, the panel comprises a plate (1) made of fireproof honeycomb paper (2), plated on both sides with aluminium or steel sheets (3) bound with adhesive (4), said plate (1) being mounted in a frame (5) by means of some clamps (7) provided with a seal (6) taking over slack on mounting and ensuring the damping of the transmission of vibrations between the frame and the multi-layer panel.
