THREE-DIMENSIONAL DISPLAY METHOD AND HEAD MOUNT DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional display method where contradiction of a stereoscopic vision among physiological factors can be suppressed in an electrically rewritable way and a moving picture can be displayed. SOLUTION: A plurality of display planes with different depths are placed to each of left and right eyes of a viewer 100, a two-dimensional image is respectively displayed on a plurality of the display plane to display a three- dimensional stereoscopic image in this three-dimensional display method. From a parallax image resulting from viewing a display object by the left and right eyes of the viewer 100, a plurality of two-dimensional images for the left and right eyes are generated so that the two-dimensional images displayed on each display plane with respect to the left and right eyes of the viewer 100 are overlapped from the left and right eyes of the viewer 100, the luminance of the two-dimensional images displayed on each display plane of the left and right eyes of the viewer 100 is changed independently for each display plane to display the two-dimensional image of the left and right eyes of the viewer 100 onto each display plane with respect to the left and right eyes of the viewer 100.
