PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional image input device that quickly and easily conducts three-dimensional image processing and records three-dimensional image data onto a recording medium in a data form requiring a small recording capacity. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional image input device uses a CCD to obtain image data Ri,j, Gi,j, Bi,j(i,j=1,2,...) with respect to RGB colors of an object to be measured. By emitting a range finding pulse light to the object and using a light receiving quantity of a reflected light, distance data Di,j up to the object corresponding to pixels of the CCD is obtained. The image data Ri,j, Gi,j, Bi,j and the distance data Di,j are made to correspond to pixels and are recorded on a recording medium as a file. |
