<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily divert a portable small-sized keyboard to a desk-top personal computer by adopting a USB connector for an interface with a main body. SOLUTION: Subject keyboard is constituted by including a keyboard 2 which is attachable to a small-sized portable information terminal 1, a USB(Universal Serial Bus) cable 10 for interface which is led out of the keyboard 2, and the USB connector 3 fitted to the top of the USB cable 10. The USB connector 3 with the USB cable 10 is inserted into a USB connector 4 provided on the main body side of the portable information terminal 1 and used at portage time while mounted on the portable information terminal 1. The USB cable 10 may be wound and stored in the keyboard 2 when the keyboard is mounted on the portable information terminal 1. The USB connector 3 with the USB cable 10 is connected to a USB-mounted desk-top personal computer to permit the input of necessary information to the desk-top personal computer.</p> |
