<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time to register at a reception desk and to make inputted data by a registering person into a data base when it is inputted by inputting the data by handwriting by using a display integrated type tablet. SOLUTION: The display integrated type tablet 1 is utilized as input equipment, a name and a telephone number are inputted on the display integrated type tablet 1 by handwriting with an electronic pen 2. And an address according to the inputted telephone number is quoted from a telephone number dictionary 4 and address data is created. A feature of this system is that input of address is simplified by connecting the display integrated type tablet 1 with the telephone number dictionary 4. Thus, time to input the address in the case of reception is shortened. In the case of the registered telephone number, the address is stored as complete text data. In addition, even for a telephone number which is not registered, text data about information except a house number is obtained by input and selection of only one character.</p> |
