PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit which is shared by different protocols by allowing a buffering device to receive data information from an input device and output it in a determined output period and a mapping device to map the data information received from the buffering device to a data unit and output it. SOLUTION: Buffering devices 106 and 108 receive pieces D1 and D2 of data information from input devices 102 and 104 respectively and output pieces BD1 and BD2 of buffered data information to a mapping device 110 in a period determined by the mapping device 110. Fill levels showing how much the buffering devices 106 and 108 are filled are transmitted to the mapping device 110. The mapping device 110 uses the fill levels FL1 and FL2 respectively, to determine output periods as to the pieces BD1 and BD2 of data information from the buffering devices 106 and 108 and also output readout signals READ1 and READ2 to the buffering devices 106 and 108.
