PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a bus in a microcontroller. SOLUTION: When an exceptional processing detection part 11 detects exceptional processing such as reset, branch and interruption, a ROMBUS control part 14 outputs an address outputted from a 1st address generation part and inputted through a space judging part 13 to an AROMBUS 1, and when the exceptional processing is not detected, outputs an address outputted up to now to the AROMBUS 1 without changing it. When the detection part 11 detects the exceptional processing, an exceptional processing receiving part 21 informs a 2nd address generation part 22 of the generation of the exceptional processing and the 2nd address generation part 22 enters the address from the AROMBUS 1 and outputs the address to an address decoder 23. Thereafter the 2nd address generation part 22 increases every two addresses synchronously with a clock CLK.
