The invention relates to a sensor having a light transmitter designed as a semiconductor diode and a light receiver designed as a semiconductor diode, which are arranged on a common carrier. Both the semiconductor diodes are arranged on the common carrier in such a way and at a mutual distance that the light receiver lies in the radiation range of the light transmitter. The common carrier is formed between the two semiconductor diodes as a flexible elastic tongue which is clamped fast at one end and, at the movable tongue end, is designed as the engagement point for a force acting on the tongue surface. <IMAGE> |
