PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear for speed change so as to mold by forging and in high accuracy a tooth part for speed change and clutch spline tooth part including a tooth for speed change and a reversely tapered spline tooth having a chamfer in a tip end. SOLUTION: In this gear for speed change having a tooth part Pa for speed change and a clutch spline tooth part Pb integrally molded by forging wherein a reversely tapered spline tooth Gb having a chamfer Cb in its tip end is molded by forging in this clutch spline tooth part Pb, a tooth Ga for speed change is molded by forging with a rolling die in the tooth part Pa for speed change with the clutch spline tooth part Pb formed with the reversely tapered spline tooth Gb serving as the reference.
