PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reflection noise of an output buffer which is generated owing to a mismatch with transmission line characteristic impedance. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 200 prevents reflection noise of the output buffer by connecting a nonvolatile memory 204 to an impedance adjustment part 201, storing this nonvolatile memory 204 after the impedance of the output buffer 202 is adjusted in advance at temperature close to temperatures in the operation of the device, and preventing a mismatch with the transmission line characteristic impedance even when the device is started and when the plug is inserted and extracted and the electronic substrate is mounted with the semiconductor integrated circuit 200.
