PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the silver halide color photographic sensitive material small in fluctuation of photographic performance in the case of fluctuation of shorting conditions in the unexposed state of it and to provide the image forming method by using this sensitive material. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is provided with at least 3 silver halide emulsion layers different from each other in color sensitivities on a reflective support coated with a moisture resistant resin, and at least one of moisture resistant layers between the support and the silver halide emulsion layers is a biaxially oriented polyeolefin layer having microvoids, and further, the silver halide emulsion in the silver halide emulsion layer comprises silver halide grains containing >=95 silver chloride.
